Contacting Teaching staff

Please be aware that most staff are teachers and will not always be able to read emails during the normal school day. If you have queries about your child’s academic progress, homework or friendships please email their subject teacher or Form Tutor through info@ridgewood.dudley.sch.uk. Sometimes staff may not be in school. If you have contacted a staff member directly and do not get a response within three days, please resend the email to info@ridgewood.dudley.sch.uk or telephone main reception so that our support team can ensure you get a response.
