Edulink One

EduLink One is an new online system we are introducing at Ridgewood that allows parents to log in and view their child/children's live information. This can be accessed online via a web browser or downloaded as an app on mobile devices.

HOW CAN I LOG IN AS A PARENT?

As a parent you will have received an email to the address you have registered on our system that will provide your username for EduLink One and a link to create a password. Please check your spam and junk email folders as depending on different email provider settings the message may be there.

On the log in screen, there is a field for School ID, enter Ridgewood into this field.

If you have multiple children with us, you will be able to access all of their details. You can select your other children’s views by pressing on the child at the top where it says ‘children’.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL I SEE WHEN I LOG IN AS A PARENT?

  • Achievement - Your child’s achievement points.

  • Attendance - A summary of your child’s attendance by month and academic year.

  • Behaviour - View your child’s behaviour points, detentions and behaviour report cards.

  • Calendar - View upcoming events in the school calendar.

  • Clubs - View your child’s clubs and all clubs.

  • Forms - Fill in forms for your child regarding trips etc.

  • Timetable - View your child’s lesson timetable for the week.

  • Exams - For parents who have children in Y10 and Y11, this section provides you with their exam timetable and information about course entries.

  • Reports - Monitoring reports will be available to view here.

  • Noticeboard - In the noticeboard section you will be able to view whole school letters that are applicable to your child and school newsletters.

  • Update Information - If you have a change of information relating to you or your child you can update it here.

  • Absence Reporting - If your child is going to be absent you can use this feature to alert our attendance officer.

  • Homework – A list of all upcoming extended learning tasks will be set on Edulink with a due date and instructions from the class teacher.

  • Catering - View your child’s balance for our cashless catering system, showing payments made into the account via ParentPay and also items purchased from the kitchens.

    Links - Useful links to other services we use, such as ParentPay, may be here to save you having to come out of EduLink.

  • Messages - View messages relating to updates on achievement, behaviour or messages from staff.


HOW CAN I LOG IN AS A STUDENT?

As a student, you can log in using the same username and password you have in school for the computers.

On the log in screen, there is a field for School ID, enter Ridgewood into this field.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL I SEE WHEN I LOG IN AS A STUDENT?

  • Achievements - Your achievement points by subject for the current academic year.

  • Attendance - A summary of your attendance by month and academic year.

  • Clubs - View clubs you can join and details on where it is, when it is etc.

  • Exams - Students in Y10 and Y11, this section provides you with their exam timetable and information about course entries.

  • Noticeboard - In the noticeboard section you will be able to view whole school letters and any useful documents.

  • Forms - Fill in forms regarding areas like trips etc.

  • Reports - Monitoring reports will be available to view here.

  • Timetable - A timetable of your lessons for the current day. You can change the day to check what lessons you will have on the following day/week.

  • Homework – A list of all upcoming extended learning tasks that have been set on Microsoft Teams for the student and a history of previous assignments. Please note that the app syncs the Microsoft Teams data every hour.

  • Catering - View your balance for our cashless catering system, showing payments made into the account via ParentPay and also items purchased from the kitchens.

  • Links - Useful links such as Microsoft Teams, revision sites and online safety advice.

  • Messages - View messages relating to updates on achievement, behaviour or messages from staff.
